The purpose of IN Zeta’s Epsilon Challenge is to:
· Improve the chapter by members taking on leadership roles
· Continue on a path for academic success
· Develop healthy habits in physical, sexual, and preventative health
· Enable other brothers to build a sound mind and body
· Further develop personal strengths
· Experience opportunities that push brothers out of their comfort zone
· Set and achieve SMART goals
· Develop leadership skills through campus and chapter involvement
· Develop professional skills
The Epsilon Challenge is the third part of the Balanced Man Program and is mostly self-driven and focuses on developing the individual to gain skills and knowledge they can apply to the fraternity, the university, and places beyond college. Because of the self-motivating idea behind the Epsilon Challenge, it is very unstructured to allow brothers to complete their activities and goals on their own time. Meetings focus on gaining experience outside of the chapter by bringing in professionals and experts in different fields to talk about self and professional development.
